The Orphans’ Court Litigation and Dispute Resolution Committee meets regularly to discuss recent developments in the law and procedure governing Orphans’ Court litigation, practice before the Orphans’ Court, and alternative dispute resolution techniques. The atmosphere is collegial, and our members benefit greatly from the collective wisdom of the Committee and from the many guest speakers who share their knowledge and insights with us. Any member of the Probate Section interested in joining the Committee or giving a presentation to the Committee should feel free to contact the Chair at any time.

Meetings

Meetings are generally held the second Tuesday of the month at 8:30 am.
