The Case Law Committee tracks and updates the Section on family law cases in Pennsylvania and beyond of particular interest to family law practitioners. The Committee prepares and provides brief written summaries of Superior Court and Supreme Court decisions relevant to the practice of family law which are made available on the Section’s website. The Committee also tracks and informs the Section of especially impactful federal or other states’ family law rulings.
