The Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee focuses on the current and emerging issues and topics of particular interest or relevance to the private equity and venture capital investing communities and the legal implications and trends facing private equity/venture capital funds (and their investment transactions), portfolio companies and investors as well as entrepreneurs and companies seeking financing from those sources. Our committee facilitates the exchange of views and information on these topics and areas of concern (which include various regulatory, securities, corporate, tax and intellectual property matters) among practitioners and also provides a platform for leading industry experts to discuss current trends in the investing community.
