The Antitrust Law Committee holds periodic luncheon meetings on topics of interest to local antitrust practitioners and sometimes organizes longer programs on antitrust law. Topics have included e-discovery in antitrust cases; the intersection between antitrust and patent law; antitrust cases in the high technology sector of the economy, and jury psychology in antitrust cases. The Committee also often does programs relating to current topics in antitrust law: including criminal enforcement trends; pleading standards, class certification standards; damages issues and recent Supreme Court antitrust opinions.
