Last month, my family (wife Gia and daughters Claire and Elena) and I had a relaxing, fun filled two-week vacation in Sardinia. Though we cooked dinners occasionally – and drank copious amounts of high octane 1.4% ABV Ichnusa Limone (the Sardinian Summer Shandy, but WAY better) and this San Pellegrino Zero calorie cocktail (which we cannot find over here) on the back patio - we still had plenty of tasty meals out. 

Mentorship can be the key to unlocking the potential of young associates, while also enlightening to seasoned attorneys who have their quibbles with the next generation of attorneys. The Bar Association has relaunched their mentorship program and I encourage all members to interact and communicate with individuals outside of your law firms, practice areas, and age brackets to build community, congeniality, and relationships broadly.
