I am again partnering with CLS pro bono in the forthcoming case A.W. v. Commonwealth, to challenge the constitutionality of Pennsylvania’s ChildLine registry, a system that unlawfully deprives individuals of their rights to due process and reputational protections under the Pennsylvania Constitution.
