Healthcare Fraud Enforcement: A Mid-Year Analysis

Hosted by the Healthcare Law Committee of the Business Law Section

In the face of controversy surrounding white collar criminal enforcement, the current Administration has continued to prioritize healthcare fraud prosecutions. From eye-popping False Claims Act settlements to increasing corporate criminal enforcement across the industry, healthcare fraud has remained at the top of the enforcement agenda.

In this CLE program, a distinguished group of former federal prosecutors will analyze the Administration’s resolutions over the past 18 months, with a focus on key topics such as Medicare Advantage, the role of data analytics, as well as a look ahead towards the second half of 2026 and beyond.
