RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING THE PHILADELPHIA BAR ASSOCIATION TO PROVIDE FREE MEMBERSHIP TO LAWYERS WHO HAVE BEEN ADMITTED FOR LESS THAN ONE FULL YEAR

WHEREAS, the Philadelphia Bar Association previously set a goal of 100% membership and involvement in the Bar Association by eligible attorneys

WHEREAS, Section 500(A)(1) of the Bylaws of the Philadelphia Bar Association requires "Regular Members" of the Association who have been admitted to practice less than two full years to pay annual dues in the amount of $72 each year;
