Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication (WCOA): Administration and Legislation Update, Pressing Issues Affecting Workers’ Compensation for 2026

Program Originally Presented Friday, January 16, 2026

This CLE program is designed to provide insight and practice tips for the Pennsylvania workers’ compensation (WC) practitioner with a focus on administrative and legislative updates. As a kickoff to the 2026 year, the presentation will begin with Director Holly San Angelo and the Southeastern District Judge Manager Todd Seelig addressing necessary Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication (WCOA) information and offering guidance to litigate claims throughout 2026.

The program then features the newest judges appointed to the Philadelphia District for the Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication, Hon. Robert Rachlin and Hon. Erica Marchetti-Burry. Learn about their procedures, courtroom preferences and suggestions for attorney’s practicing before them.
