In the representation of clients in custody matters, attorneys should be sensitive to the needs of their culturally diverse clients. Our panelists, from different cultural backgrounds, will discuss issues and needs that their clients have in custody matters. Panelists offer guidance regarding negotiating custody orders that may be unique to their client’s cultural background.
