Ethics and Legal Malpractice Avoidance 2025

Join us for a comprehensive ethics CLE program on avoiding legal malpractice. Panelists will address essential topics including strategies, ethical considerations, client communication best practices, and how to avoid common pitfalls that can lead to malpractice claims. Learn from experienced defense counsel and carrier representatives who will explore the most common allegations against lawyers, including area of practice frequency and severity. Hear a discussion of key coverage features your firm should be familiar with and how they impact coverage.

Attorneys, attending for CLE credit, who are insured through the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Lawyers Professional Liability program underwritten by CNA and administered through USI Affinity may qualify for up to a 7.5% discount. The discount does apply to part-time policy holders.
