This CLE program will explore the evolving role of municipal courts in supporting justice-involved individuals through diversion programs, problem-solving courts, and a dedicated resource hub. Panelists will highlight how these approaches address underlying challenges such as mental health, substance use, and housing instability, helping individuals move toward long-term stability. Panelists will also cover collaborative partnerships and practical strategies to improve participant outcomes and reduce recidivism.
