  • Recent decisions issued by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Commonwealth Court
  • New appeal/settlement procedures at both the Board of Appeals and the Board of Finance and Revenue
  • Proposed tax provisions comprising Governor Shapiro’s 2025-26 budget plan
