2024 & 2025 Pennsylvania Criminal Case Law Update

Program Originally Presented Thursday, April 24, 2025

In the past twelve months, both the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States have reshaped significant areas of the law. This one-hour CLE program will recap some of the most important decisions affecting the practice of criminal law in Pennsylvania Courts. The presentation will include not just summaries of the decisions, but the possible impacts those decisions may have, and how to respond to them. In addition, the program will address cases currently pending in both of those courts and how to prepare and protect your cases and clients when the courts decide those important questions.

Attend this program to hear a review of significant decision from 2024 and pending cases affecting criminal law practice, and the impact the decisions may have how you advocate for your clients.

Featured Speaker:
Aaron J. Marcus, Esq.
Chief of Appeals
Defender Association of Philadelphia
