  • Attendees receive mindfulness techniques to incorporate mindfulness practices in improving focus, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.
  • Participants will enhance work-life balance by identifying practical ways to maintain a sustainable and fulfilling legal career without burnout.
  • Attendees will hear an overview of the substance use and mental health trends witnessed in 2024, and learn about the confidential and free resources offered by Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers of Pennsylvania, Inc.
