Inside the Work of Judges of the Third Circuit’s Committee on Model Civil Jury Instructions

Program Originally Presented Monday, September 16, 2024

This CLE program will provide an overview of the work of the Committee on Model Civil Jury Instructions. The Committee is tasked with developing, revising, and maintaining standard jury instructions used at trials in the District Courts of the Third Circuit.  Its mission is to ensure that these instructions are clear, accurate and reflect the current state of the law.  The Model Instructions serve as a resource for judges and for parties aiding them in effectively communicating complex legal principles to jurors and thereby enhancing the overall integrity of the trial process.  Members of the Committee will address recent cases which have been incorporated into the instructions.

This is a “MUST ATTEND” program for all who practice in Federal Courts.
