Tools and Strategies for Incorporating Inclusive Principles in Your Law Practice

Originally Presented on Monday, October 7, 2024

Inclusion defined generally means providing an environment and promoting a culture in which everyone, irrespective of background, identity or other social characteristic, feels valued and respected, and has equal opportunity to work hard to be successful.

This valuable CLE program will provide attendees with important tools and strategies needed to incorporate inclusive principles into their law practices (or business.)  The discussions will include:

  • The overall importance and impact of ensuring one's practice is inclusive
  • Specific benefits of incorporating inclusive principles in one's practice
  • The methods the City of Philadelphia's Law Department and Child Welfare Unit are using to make changes to address inequities and adopt practices to support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • How these methods can be integrated into all law practices (whether private, government, or public interest)

Attend to hear best implementation strategies to incorporate inclusivity principles into your practice!
