- This CLE program will provide an overview of the registration and reporting requirements imposed by the Philadelphia Lobbying Ordinance and Regulations, including updates on clarifying advisory opinions and guidance issued by the Board of Ethics, as well as reporting requirements imposed by state lobbying disclosure laws and regulations. Experienced panelists will address the exceptions to the state and local laws, including how the laws affect developers and their attorneys in their day-to-day dealings with city and state agencies and elected officials to obtain land, permits, zoning, funding and other aspects of real estate development.
