This annual conference offers in-depth CLE discussions on legal and practice topics important to the federal court practice community in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The 2024 Federal Bench Bar Conference provides a forum for the interchange of ideas among the bench and bar, educates the bar regarding practice in the courts and encourages civility in the courts. This year’s conference provides addresses the following topics:

Artificial Intelligence (AI): Trustworthiness and Application in Federal Court Practice and Litigation
Now that AI is here to stay, this panel will examine how AI is being used and/or can be used in both civil and criminal practice. Judicial panelists will explore ethical issues surrounding the use of AI and practical considerations in federal court.
