This lively 2-hour CLE program modeled after a Presidential debate focuses on the latest workers' compensation policy and practice issues.

Former President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers, Samuel Pond faces off against Andrew Greenberg, the co-author of the treatise, Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation: Law and Practice, focuses on policy issues in workers' compensation practice. The second debate featuring the former Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section, Marla Joseph and Jane Lombard, current Co-chair of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute Workers’ Compensation Section, address key workers’ compensation issues.
