This CLE program will provide an update on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) litigation developments, recent action by the SEC, and considerations for ESG disclosures. The panel will further address the impact of greenwashing claims on ESG related corporate disclosures and initiatives.  Additionally, there will be an update on due diligence under the European Commission’s CSDD Directive and other international considerations.
