Legislative Update for Pennsylvania Adult-Use Cannabis in 2023

Those that are proponents of Adult-Use Marijuana Legalization focus on considerations that legalization may prioritize safety, provide social and economic equity and engage Pennsylvania’s agricultural industry. There has been legislation either recently introduced or pending regarding PA Adult-Use. Legalization has vocal bipartisan support in Pennsylvania as well as an endorsement from the governor, but it may still be a fight to get it over the finish line.
This CLE program will examine pending Pennsylvania legislation surrounding adult-use cannabis and possible future legislation and the impact on the industry.
