This basic level trusts course is for anyone new to trusts or who might come across trusts in their practice and want to gain a better understanding. Panelists provide important trust terminology and examine what a trust is, including the key roles involved, the many uses of trusts, and the various types of trusts. Additionally, the program will address the duties and powers of trustees and how modifications, terminations, and other changes to trusts may occur.  Finally, hear a general overview of the taxation of trust.
