This important CLE is designed for the on-the-go criminal law practitioner who regularly practices in the Philadelphia criminal courts. The panel will provide detailed updates on all things related to criminal court practice in Philadelphia. The panel will also provide prison updates and practical tips and guidance on how best to navigate these protocols and rules. Attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions through the chat feature to a prison litigation attorney, along with representatives from the Public Defender's Office, the District Attorney's Office and the Private Bar.
