This dynamic CLE program will include panels of practitioners and members of the judiciary examining the current state of women in the legal profession and how we can all move forward together.  Panelists will address the following among other topics:

  • Strategies to maximize women's pay and benefits and how to ask for a raise
  • Tips on how to best take a leave of absence from work and what one must be sure to consider
  • Tips on negotiating a work schedule that promotes a work-life balance
  • Guidance on evaluating one's current role and when to consider making a change
  • How to best weigh employment options and tips on how to leave one's job gracefully
  • Examining the unique challenges of women in the profession in various sectors (private practice, public interest, and government) and how to overcome obstacles to success
  • Ways to support women and diversity, inclusion, and equity in the profession in your organization and in the legal community
