Panelists will address market consolidation and various pending lawsuits in Pennsylvania related to the medical marijuana program, and a timeline for a Pennsylvania adult-use bill. Panelists will the move into a further market examination on New Jersey’s adult-use laws with a comparison to other such adult-use markets and the lessons learned from such markets as they continue to mature. The program will also explain current banking availability in the cannabis industry and the status of financial reporting with an eye towards federal and state regulatory policies and tips for compliant banking. Finally, panelists look at federal rescheduling and cannabinoid enforcement in the regulated hemp industry.
