In this CLE presentation, Judges of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania will offer the most current information regarding practice and procedure for conducting civil and criminal jury trials and offer guidance and tips regarding court interaction.
This program will address the current state of court operations, highlighting:

Updates to Orders and Directives issued by the U.S. District Court for the EDPA and the U.S. Administrative Office of the Courts

Updates on procedures for hearings and trials

Guidance on settlement conferences, and mediations
Attendees will also be introduced to and hear from the newest Judges in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and their policies and procedures.
