Attend this roundtable on best practices and updates on the practice of Fee Reviews in the world of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.

Can fee reviews decide issues beyond amount or timeliness of payment? What issues are more proper for penalty petitions in Workers’ Compensation vs fee reviews? What matters must be brought in fee review only? Panelists offer answers to these questions, expertise, guidance and more.

In this CLE, you will hear several different perspectives on the practice of Fee Reviews including the claimant’s and plaintiff’s perspective with a focus on the day-to-day practice of fee reviews and appeals; the perspective of counsel for the employer/insurance carrier with a focus on fee review disputes and appearance before fee review hearing officers and on appeal; and finally, the perspective of a Fee Review Hearing Officer.
