Maintaining Culture and Engagement in a Hybrid Work Environment

As we adjust to our new normal of working in a blended (i.e., remote/office) setting, a panel consisting of law firm partners (or other legal employers), associates, and administrators with responsibility for associate/professional development and diversity, equity and inclusion will address and offer guidance on how law firms and other legal employers can maintain their culture, promote engagement and networking and support critical training, mentoring, professional development and retention initiatives in a hybrid environment.
