In this new instructional landscape, educators have increased concern about the consequences they may face should they find themselves accused of running afoul of these new guidelines.

  • Nature and scope of new rules on school instruction using illustrative examples
  • Legal issues these new laws implicate and whether they will survive judicial scrutiny
  • Consequences instructors may face for violating or seeming to violate these laws
  • How these laws will affect classroom instruction
