- This comprehensive CLE training program is intended for trained mediators who would like to mediate custody matters in Philadelphia. The program will provide an overview of mediation process/procedures; examine the basics of Pennsylvania child custody and child support law; and educate attendees on the laws that apply to mediating child custody in Pennsylvania. Panelists will address, domestic violence considerations, the stages of custody mediation, drafting a mediated custody agreement, and the differences between a Mediated Custody Agreement and a Court Order.
