Prosecutorial Misconduct and its Implication on Innocence

This encore CLE is designed to examine what the effects of Prosecutorial Misconduct will have on the criminal justice system. Panelist will discuss the results of the review of Pennsylvania (PA) prosecutorial misconduct claims which have shown a lack of transparency and accountability throughout the PA criminal justice system. Panelists also address how these findings impact the administration of criminal justice throughout the PA criminal justice system, and offer possible solutions related to dealing with instances of prosecutorial misconduct.
