• Reviewing and improving the current finances of the firm (revenue streams, financial performance, collecting past due fees/costs, maintenance of IOLTA, and recordkeeping)
• Reviewing employee performance and updating the vendors used (client management systems, insurance companies, couriers, office services, and others)
• Reviewing and updating business plans and evaluating the choice of entity for the firm
• Ensuring steps are taken to secure a succession plan
