Trade Secrets Litigation

Program originally presented Tuesday, April 19, 2022

Litigation of trade secrets case is often high-stakes, expensive, and moves quickly.  In light of the potential harm to a company whose trade secrets and other confidential information have been misappropriated, and consistent with the ongoing trend to litigate these disputes in federal court, employers should take a close look at how they manage and protect their own trade secrets.

Hear lively speakers address the provisions of the Federal Defend Trade Secrets Act (DSTA) and the Pennsylvania Uniform Trade Secrets Act and recent cases under those statutes to provide an update on the field. The encore program will explore the potential avenue that the DTSA can provide, as well as examine current/future trends in trade secret-related claims in employment litigation.

Attend this encore program to hear the latest developments regarding trade secret-related claims in employment litigation.
