Our experienced panelists will address hot topics confronting boards of directors today, including ESG, litigation, diversity equity and inclusion (DEI), cyber security and cryptocurrency.  

The program, divided into five segments, will examine and offer guidance on the following topics:

  • The SEC’s Heightened Focus and Rule Proposals on Corporate Governance/ESG
  • Litigation Issues Confronting Corporate Boards
  • DEI and the Corporate Board Room
  • Cybersecurity Breaches and Disclosure Obligations
  • Cryptocurrency at the Board Level
