As Pennsylvania enters the new session of the General Assembly, this CLE program provides an overview of the major criminal justice bills enacted in 2025, followed by a look at anticipated criminal justice initiatives and votes to be introduced in the months ahead in 2026. Finally, the program focuses on the legislative process and how members, criminal practitioners, and legal Associations can participate in the passage of criminal justice reforms.
