Participating in the Philadelphia Bar Association elections is your chance to have a say in the future leadership of our community. Use the guide below to make an informed decision and cast your ballot. 

Who is running for office? 

Vice Chancellor: Kristine Calalang and Ezra Wohlgelernter 

Secretary: Deborah Winokur 

Assistant Secretary: Melanie Foreman 

Treasurer: Erin Lamb and Denise Mandi 

Assistant Treasurer: Dino Privitera 

Board of Governors (elect five): Shahirah Brown, Rhonda Fulginiti, Abel Garza, Jahlee Hatchett, Mary Kate Kalinich, Melissa Ruth, and Karima Yelverton 

YLD Executive Committee (elect seven): Alexandria Bondy, Paul Carrion, Felicia Carter, Leah George, Melissa Hensinger, Julinda Hoxha, Danielle Pell, and Ryan Spengler 

How can I learn more about the candidates? 

Watch our Nov. 29 Election Forum: Meet the candidates and hear why they are running and what they will bring as leaders to move the Association forward. You can also watch the previous forum sponsored by the Diversity in the Profession Committee. Finally, candidates' bios and personal statements are featured in the November edition of The Philadelphia Bar Reporter.

How will I get my ballot? 

Ballots will be sent out via email on Friday, December 1 on behalf of the Association by Intelliscan Inc., an independent election services provider.  

How can I make sure my ballot doesn't end up in my Spam or Junk folders? 

Ask your email administrator/provider to whitelist this domain name: PhilaBarAssn@intelliscaninc.net. 

You should also ask your administrator or provider to whitelist the following IP address: 76.12.115.122

What do I do if I don't get my ballot? 

Call us at (215) 238-6300 if you don't receive your ballot on Friday, December 1.

Someone forwarded me a link to vote in Bar Elections – can I use it? 

No. The only way to vote is through the link to your online ballot sent by Intelliscan, or with the paper ballot that was mailed to you (if you do not have an email address.)  

When is the deadline for voting? 

All ballots must be cast by Wednesday, December 13 at 5:30 p.m. Winners will be announced during the reception at the Annual Meeting.
