The Philadelphia Bar Association is celebrating Member Appreciation Week from Nov. 14-18 with a week of giveaways and special events, including a Member Appreciation Reception and Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 15 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at City Winery, 990 Filbert Street.
The event, sponsored by KLDiscovery, will recognize 2022 Champion of the Bar, Troutman Pepper. Created in 2020, the Champion of the Bar Award is given annually to a law firm, law department, legal services organization or law school in Philadelphia that has fully supported the Association through 100% membership, leadership roles, member engagement and contribution to the community through public service.
During the event, the Association will also honor its 2022 Bar Stars, members selected by their respective Sections for outstanding service, and also recognize individuals, Sections and Committees with special staff awards.
Attending the event is free, but attendees must register by Wednesday, Nov. 9. You can register here.
Other events planned for the week include free member headshots by photographer John Carlano on Tuesday, Nov. 15 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Members can sign up for timeslots here.
