Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor Wesley R. Payne IV released the following tribute to Slade McLaughlin, founding shareholder and CEO of McLaughlin & Lauricella, who recently died:
“We were saddened to hear of the death of Slade McLaughlin, who was a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association since being admitted to practice in 1982. A member of our State Civil Litigation Section, he was a prominent trial attorney who was known for taking on complex and high-profile cases including litigation against the Catholic Church and Penn State University. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and colleagues during this difficult time.”
