Please be advised that Due to the dangerous weather conditions expected tomorrow the First Judicial District is announcing that all Courts are closed tomorrow, Thursday, February 18, 2021. The Philadelphia Municipal Arraignments Court for Bail Hearings and the Emergency Protection From Abuse Unit will remain open.
