Due to a malware attack on SEPTA’s computer systems in mid-August, Hon. Jacqueline F. Allen, Administrative Judge, Trial Division has issued an order deferring all cases in the Court of Common Pleas – Trial Division in which SEPTA is a named party until Nov. 30, unless counsel for SEPTA notifies the Court before Nov. 30 of SEPTA’s systems being restored.
