The award-winning Board Observer Program offers a unique experience for young lawyers and local nonprofits. The BOP provides the opportunity to serve for a year on a nonprofit board of directors through a partnership between the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, the Delivery of Legal Services Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division. Observers have the opportunity to engage with a working Board, strengthen leadership skills, and grow their professional network.
