Currently all courts of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania remain operational. The District is actively monitoring the guidance provided by the Administrative Offices of the Pennsylvania Courts, Philadelphia Health Department, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will continue to act in accordance with these agencies and are prepared to make necessary decisions regarding specific court operations should the need arise.
