The Philadelphia Bar Association Board of Governors will conduct a conference call meeting on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016, at 4 p.m., at which time it will consider a resolution supporting legislation calling for a ban on gifts to public officials and employees. The resolution is being presented by the Association's Legislative Liaison Committee Co-Chairs Lawrence Abel and Deborah Gordon Klehr.
