Chancellor Kathleen D. Wilkinson has been appointed to the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents for a three-year term. The Officers and Executive Council are the Board of Directors of the NCBP. Members of the Council work with the NCBP Officers to govern and administer all NCBP programs. Executive Council members are selected by the NCBP Nominating Committee during the NCBP Annual Meeting in August each year. When selecting Council members, the Nominating Committee considers past service to the NCBP through its committees; ethnic, regional and bar association (state bar service and regional or local bar service) diversity; as well as the qualifications, talents, ideas and resources that each prospective candidate will bring to the Council. Among other activities, Wilkinson presented on a panel at the NCBP Annual Meeting in San Francisco in August, "No Bar Looks Good in Red - What Every Bar Officer Needs to Know About Financial Management."
