The Philadelphia Global Initiative on the Rule of Law will present "Challenges for the ICC’s Second Decade" on Monday, Feb. 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School’s Silverman Hall, 3501 Sansom St.

Judge Sang-Hyun Song, president of the International Criminal Court, will offer keynote remarks. A moderated panel discussion with Patricia Viseur Sellers, special adviser to the ICC Prosecutor on International Criminal Law Prosecution Strategies and Penn Law Prof. William Burke-White will also be held.
