Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judges D. Webster Keogh and Esther R. Sylvester will discuss their plans and new initiatives for the coming year and their impressions of the Commerce Program at the Tuesday, Jan. 15 meeting of the Business Litigation Committee.
Judge Keogh is administrative judge for the civil trial division and Judge Sylvester is supervising judge for the civil trial division.
