Dr. Elijah Anderson, noted sociologist and author, will discuss his acclaimed book
The Code of the Streets, relating it to the generalized weakness of civil law in many poor neighborhoods, on Tuesday, June 19. The program is presented by the Public Interest Section.
The presentation will be held in the 11th floor Conference Center of Bar Association headquarters, 1101 Market St., and will be followed by a wine and cheese reception. There is no charge to attend this forum, however, space is limited.
