Chief Judge Anthony J. Scirica of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals will discuss current developments in the Third Circuit at the Wednesday, Dec. 13 meeting of the Federal Courts Committee.
Judge Scirica will be joined by Marcia M. Waldron, Clerk of the Court. The meeting begins at 12:30 p.m. in the 11th floor Conference of Bar Association headquarters, 1101 Market St.
