The Board of Governors has approved a $3.84 million budget for 2007, a 1 percent increase over the current spending plan. The vote came at the Board's Oct. 26 meeting.


In other business, the Board approved a resolution urging adoption of the proposed amendment to Pennsylvania Rule of Appellate Procedure 1925.

The Board also approved a resolution joining in amicus curiae in support of the Connecticut Bar Association's constitutional challenge of certain provisions of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act Of 2005.
